1. Who we are
Elitecv is a South African online service that uses AI to write professional CVs, cover letters and LinkedIn summaries. You can reach us at elitecv786@gmail.com.
2. What you buy
For a once-off fee of R149 you receive a digitally generated document pack: an ATS-friendly CV (PDF and editable DOCX), a matching cover letter and a LinkedIn “About” section. Your pack also includes unlimited AI re-edits of the same order.
Documents are generated from the information you submit in our questionnaire. We do not verify your information — the accuracy of names, dates, qualifications and employment history is your responsibility.
3. Delivery
Generation starts automatically once our payment provider confirms your payment. Documents normally appear on your order page within a few minutes and are emailed to the address you supplied. Delivery is digital only; nothing is posted.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by PayFast (Payfast by Network). We never see or store your card details. All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.
5. What we do not promise
We help you present your experience professionally. We cannot and do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, a specific ATS score, or any particular outcome from using your documents.
6. Acceptable use
You may not submit false qualifications, another person’s details without their permission, or unlawful content. You may not resell, redistribute or automate bulk generation of documents through the service.
7. Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of the information you supply. Once payment is complete, you own the documents we generate for you and may use them freely for your own job applications.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act and ECTA.
